Are YOU ready to BE the Change?!
NOW is the time to engage in transformation.
During the 8 week Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy program, we will explore ways to Embrace Change through movement, mindfulness, and community connection. Our journey will be held on Thursday evenings 6:15-8:15pm beginning February 21st through April 11, 2019. In addition to the weekly sessions, the program will include an in-person consultation, a day long retreat, and a copy of “Turn Stress into Bliss” by Michael Lee (founder of Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy).
From befriending the body, you will learn how be present, live authentically, and navigate the Flow of Life with ease. Change starts within and ripples outward. Together, we can BE the change that you wish to see in the world.
