Let’s chant! Please join us every 3rd Thursday of the month as we come together to use our voices to connect with the inner voice within. Chanting is a practice of listening deeply at the core of our being and living from that place.
Some benefits of chanting:
- it may improve focus, help with managing moods, decrease stress, it’s empowering and fun!
