More about Sara Zuluaga:

I believe that to achieve health, we have to not only work on the physical body; but also, we have to attend to the energetic body and the mental one. In this way, we will aim to achieve a homeostatic state that will positively affect your physical health, relationship with yourself and those around you. Here you will encounter different techniques that I have collected throughout the years of academic training as a psychologist, therapy, and internal work that I have done to achieve a state of love with my whole being- not forgetting that this is an ongoing forever process-

Additionally, I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Wilmington University, and I'm currently volunteering at Dweebs Global International. This non-profit organization aims to provide free mentorship and is highly invested in helping people get mental health support, help with career development, and more for free. Here, I'm a Country Ambassador for Colombia, my country of birth. Moreover, our team is currently creating a gaming app based on psychological theories which intend to help people in Colombia who do not have access to mental health support.

Finally, I love to spend time with my husband and my two dogs.  Every day I love to make space for dancing, reading, learning, unlearning, doing yoga, and meditating. In addition, I love cooking, but it is something that I do more often during weekends when I have more free time. Lastly, I firmly believe that habits aid us in living the lives that we always imagined.
