Begin your practice by settling into your breath connecting with your intention for the day.
Every class includes guided meditations for relaxation and for learning new skills, affirmation message & time for "life talk" based on feeding the soul on all levels body, mind & spirit.
Bring a mat, pillow / cushion & journal.
