Letting Ancient Waters Flow

From my practice Saturday morning: My heart has been feeling so raw and tender all day... tears flowing... my yoga mat held space for me to BE...  Giving myself permission to allow... and not take it “personal”... BE with the direct experience but not “identify” with it... and welcome the Medicine it offers... cleansing... for my soul... and the Whole... like the canals in Venice...

I listened to the wisdom offered by the tears... and noticed the “Natural Re-organization” felt in my body...

Which led to further inquiry:

~ Holding Space collectively for Mother Earth... what if this Global Pause is an opportunity to HOLD SPACE for OUR sacred planet to heal... to “Re-Organize”? Re-harmonize? 

~ What if “social distancing” is an opportunity to go “inward”... get CLOSER to God/Source/True Nature/All that is/Great Spirit/Mystery... (a Greater Presence that is known by many names)... to get to know ourselves and/or our Self deeper... re-member ... who WE are and what really matters...

I am THANKFUL for every precious Breath we get to take, experience, and embody... and to be aware that THIS breath could be my last. How do I choose to BE with, live, and share this Breath now?

THIS is the kind of “currency” and form of “exchange” that matters to me: Breath, Awareness, Presence.... LOVE...

... shifting from “money” to “MUNAY”...

(“Munay” in the Quechua language means “love and will or universal love”.) 

Words emerged:

I Am Not afraid...To let these tears be seen 

Rivers of the Whole Dammed up For so long Generations... Lifetimes... Uni-versal tides

Shifting   May these Ancient Waters finally...  .....F L O W ...                  ... into the vast Ocean                                ... of Oneness.

I have been sitting... noticing what shows up in the space of BEing...

Aware of how my perception of what is... has an affect on my “reality”... the relationship between perception and projection..

Practice of seeing from different lenses... “shape-shifting”...

What’s happening now? 

What lens am I looking through? (physical... mental/emotional... soul...)

What’s the opportunity for creativity here? (Generative listening)

I sit with hearing the words echoed: “...during this Time of Uncertainty...”

and the question: .... “Well, when was it ever CERTAIN?”... arises...

My perception: shape-shifting from “Time of Uncertainty” to “Time for Opportunity”... noticing what I notice...

I sit with hearing: “.... we are being FORCED to change...”

I respect all people’s opinions and honor them wholeheartedly. My intention is not to change your perception... simply share mine...

I’m aware of the energy felt around the word “FORCED”...

My perception: “... we are being INVITED for change...”

I notice the energy around and sensations felt with this possibility and it feels more true for me...

I sit with hearing: “... unforeseen circumstances... “

My perception: Mother Earth has been speaking... but many of us have not been LISTENING... including myself... 

Further inquiry: opportunity to forgive myself... for not being aware at times and for contributing to the Global Dis-ease... an opportunity to forgive “others”...

AND an opportunity to LOVE... myself, others, ALL BEings... because I know that WE are all part of a larger organism... the Whole...

... that “We are the weavers AND the web”...

To NOURISH my body/BEing and our EARTH body/BEing with seeds of intention... water, nurture, tend to them with my/our quality of attention

... shifting from ego to eco conscious awareness...

BEing the Change, Changes OUR Being

To me... it feels like a Global Dis-membering giving (re)birth to a Global Re-membering...

       ... back to HOMEostasis...
